Im making my first sweet loaf of bread in the machine.
I have no idea how it will turn out, no mixed spice in the house
couldn't be bothered to go out for some so added nutmeg and cinnamon.
Brown sugar and sultanas. It's an experiment anyway, a toile if you like
(to use a sewing term). Just as long as I remember what I did in the first place.
Which is not likely.
Oh well!!
