What is it about American dust? Whenever I open parcels from the US full of gorgeous vintage fabrics they have the same dusty smell which is completely differently to our vintage fabrics which I think always smell of old ladies' perfume mixed with mothballs. I love the smell of both and never like to wash that smell away. This stunner arrived today and yes it has that same dusty musty odour - yum!! gorgeous fabric, border print and will make into some darling little skirts.
