Well it's only days now till I get to move into my new studio. Yesterday it looked like this and then this morning the lino went in. I'll be pleased to put this competition to bed too, so I can get onto more. But who was to know it would take this long. Not me I've never built anything before in my life. This morning I've done a budget update and with only the electrician to pay the total is $23053.62. The winner of this very long running competition will be announced very very soon!
